Through this tool, anyone can become a BBVA customer in a few minutes by simply accessing the web or the app, identifying themselves and filling in their personal data. To verify your identity, the new service requests a photo of the DNI and a selfie of the user. A BBVA manager personally contacts the user to confirm their identity through a video conference.
