Avisapp, the app that tells the family that you have arrived home

It's free and sends an automatic message to loved ones, once you get to your destination

The Royal Automobile Club of Spain (RACE) has launched 'Avisapp', a free application for mobile phones that allows sending an automatic message with the text "I have arrived well" to loved ones after completing a trip, according to the entity.

Thus, with the new application you will not need to touch the 'smartphone', which, as noted by the RACE, reduces the risk of suffering a mishap by distraction at the wheel.

Once installed in the phone, the user will have to choose their destination through geolocation or entering the directions of the trip and destination; indicate the time of departure, and 'Avisapp' will automatically calculate the arrival time taking into account the traffic, or entering the time you want to arrive and indicate the time of departure.

Subsequently, you must indicate who should receive a notification of arrival, by SMS without cost or through 'Avisapp' if the recipients of the notice have downloaded the app. Finally, you can choose the message. In addition, you can save trips, reprogram them or create message sending groups.

Finally, apart from the free features, 'Avisapp' also includes some additions for those users who are partners of the RACE, such as the SOS RACE tool, which will allow you to send assistance thanks to geolocation services, simply by pressing a button.
